- Favorite thing about her job: Seeing the smile on the patients' and parents' faces when treatment is completed: it's very powerful!
- Hobbies/passion: Alison enjoys the outdoors, shopping, gardening, horseback riding,
Racquetball, NASCAR, and loves spending time with her new husband, Rusty, and all her friends and family.
- Family: Alison and Rusty were married in July 2007 and are relocating (along with their 2 dogs and 2 cats) to Exeter, CA. Her immediate family (mom, dad, and sisters) live in Missouri.

- Favorite thing about her job: The fun, positive atmosphere and the variety of people she gets to interact with on a daily basis.
- Hobbies/passion: Helen enjoys watching her children's activities, going to Paramount's Great America with her family, and spending time with her church
family.
- Family: Helen and her husband have a son and a daughter.

Janina – Dental Assistant, Invisalign® Specialist
- Janina has worked with Dr. Specht since June 2002 and is a graduate of Allan Hancock College Dental Assisting Program. She has an Associates of Science degree in Dental Assisting.
- Favorite thing about Dr. Specht: She enjoys his energy, never-ending smiles and happiness, as well as the "thank you for your hard work" at the end of every day!
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Making a difference in people's smiles and lives with the ability to grow personally and professionally.
- Favorite thing about her job: Getting to work with a wonderful employer and staff as well as working with a variety of people.
- Hobbies/passion: Janina's hobbies are dancing, music, riding quads, and off-roading, but her passion is spending time with her family.
- Family: Husband Vincent, son Ethan, and two dogs.

Jennifer – Registered Dental Assistant
- Jennifer has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1996 and with Dr. Specht since 2006.
- Favorite thing about Dr. Specht: Since treatment is different for every person, Dr. Specht is great about his commitment to giving quality orthodontic treatment and making each patient's experience positive.
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Seeing patients' reactions as they begin to see their teeth transform and they begin to smile a lot more.
- Favorite thing about her job: Being able to meet a variety of people and seeing them start treatment and finish with a great, happy smile.
- Hobbies/passion: Jennifer enjoys camping and boating.
- Family: She enjoys spending time with husband Angel, their 3 boys, Anthony, Joshua and Matthew, and their 3 dogs.
Renee – Director of Marketing and Patient Relations
- Renee joined Dr. Specht's team in 2007, bringing with her a wide variety of experience that focused on Graphic Design and Customer Service.
- Favorite thing about Dr. Specht: "What impressed me the most about Dr. Specht is his positivity," she says. "I have rarely seen the Dr. without a smile on his face. This attitude directly effects the atmosphere and before you know it, no matter what your day is like, you are smiling too. I love working in a place where everyone is happy in their jobs."
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: "Remembering the difference between ties and bands and rubber bands was, at first, dizzying. But, working in a field where the 'customers' always walk away with a SMILE is very rewarding."
- Favorite thing about her job: "I get the pleasure of talking to all of our patients, whether we are promoting the DO A GOOD DEED Contest, or I am out at Family Day at the Park representing our office. I love meeting patients of Dr. Specht's, they are so excited to see us out in the community. I believe that is a testament to the talent and giftings of our Doctor."
- Hobbies/passion: When Renee is not out at a street event she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She likes playing in Photoshop, touring the central coast, and watching Nascar on a Sunday afternoon.
- Family: Renee was born and raised in Santa Maria, where her whole family still resides.

Yesenia – Dental Assistant
- Yesenia has worked with Dr. Specht since February 2007. She is a graduate of the Allan Hancock College Dental Assisting Program and
holds an Associates of Science Degree in Dental Assisting.
- Favorite thing about Dr. Specht: He is always so happy and has a great attitude. He truly does care about every one of his patients.
- Favorite thing about orthodontics: Having been through orthodontic treatment herself, Yesenia knows how every patient feels when they begin to see how beautiful their smile is, and she loves to be part of that experience with them.
- Favorite thing about her job: "The environment in the office is great," she says. "I love how everyone always comes to work with a great attitude."
- Hobbies/passion: Yesenia enjoys going out dancing, and reading a good novel, but her favorite is just spending time with her family.
- Family: Husband Alex and my son Jonathan.
